Who runs this site

Manchester Airport Parking Appeal is operated by Ringway Digital Ltd, Suite 4, 118 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester M20 2PU. We are the data controller for the information described below, and you can reach us at hello@appealmyticket.co.uk.

What we collect

When you generate a letter we store the name, email address, vehicle registration, charge reference and charge date you entered, the grounds you ticked, and a copy of the letter produced. We do not ask for and do not want payment details.

Why we hold it

To answer you if you get in touch, and to send you the next steps if APCOA Parking Services rejects your appeal. If you ticked the optional box we may also send occasional tips about parking appeals; you can stop that at any time by replying to any email.

Who sees it

Only us. Records are held in Supabase and notification emails are sent through Resend, both acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your details or pass them to third-party marketers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are deleted after two years, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@appealmyticket.co.uk and we will act within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Before you publish: the operating company, address and support email in src/lib/brand.ts are placeholders, replace them with the real ones (and add the company number once you have it), and check the retention period matches what you actually intend to do.
